Job Description :
- Fulfill the Store Operation’s and Head Office’s vacancy
- Initiate different sourcing methods
- Build a good relationship with external parties (universities, career fair institution, etc)
Qualifications:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Min. S1 Degree in Psychology from reputable University, GPA > 2.75
- Min. 1 year experiences at the same position.
- Experiences handling job fair and walk in interview would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method
- Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate
- Willing to travel and be placed at Lippo Karawaci
